INGREDIENTS
*1&¼ cup of all purpose flour (maida) 
*1tsp sugar 
*1tsp warm water
*1tsp salt
*2tbsp of oil for kneeding the dough
✨*For paneer stuffing 
*1cup paneer diced 
*1cup onion
*1cup tomato 
*1cup any vegetables you want you can add 
*1tsp red chilli powder 
*1tsp coriander powder 
*2tbsp butter
✨*For seasoning 
*1tsp oregano / mixed herbs 
*1tsp tomato sauce
*1tsp red chilli sauce (optional) 
*1tsp schewan sauce (optional)
How to make? 🤔
1.Take a bowl add all purpose flour into it, put 1tsp sugar, 1tsp salt, 1tsp warm water kneed the dough as we make like an chapati dough then put 2tsp of oil into it and leave the dough for 1hour.
2.For paneer stuffing 
3.Take a pan add some 2tbsp of butter into it then add some onion/ tomato / and another vegetables you love to eat. 
4.After that add the seasoning add the oregano  chilli powder and red chilli sauce into it mix it well. 
5.Then add some tomato sauce into it mix it well and your stuffing is ready 
6.Take the first ball, dust well and using a roller pin, flatten to 3″ disc. Brush the inner side with melted butter.
7.Fold the disc on three sides to make a triangle. In the centre, place some cheese place a teaspoon of paneer fillings, sprinkle oregano into it 
8.Bring the three corners to centre, pinch well to close it together. Ensure the corners close well.
9.Continue with the rest of the balls, complete all the balls and have it ready
10.Place a kadai add the stand into it and place the zingy parcel into it and close the kadai with a plate and turn the flame on low and cook it for 30_35min
