II CARAMEL CUSTARD / CARAMEL PUDDING II🍮

Ingredients
*1/4 cup sugar
*1 cup milk
*1 cup curd
*1 cup condensed milk
*1 tbsp custard powder
*1 tbsp vanilla extract
HOW TO MAKE? 🤔
1.Take a pan add water and sugar to make the caramel.let it melt without stiring keep rotating a pan to make a good caramel colour keep the flame low to medium
2.When come to golden brown colour then off the flame otherwise taste like bitter.transfer the caramel to a tin or any container and rotate the caramel to cover the tin base.and keep the rest.
3.Take mixer jar add milk,curd,custard powder,vanilla essence,condensed milk and blend everything
4.Pour the custard mixture in caramel tin and it is ready to be steam in a Kadai place a stand into it and add 2cups of water place the tin and cover the tin with foil paper and place it For 20 to 30 min in medium flame after this min..check the pudding to a knife. And let it cooldown completely.and put it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
5.After this unmold the tin upside to the plate and slowly remove the container now your caramel custard pudding is ready.
